At Tattoo Art Supplies Co., we provide a comprehensive 14-day money-back guarantee for non-faulty items, starting from the date you receive your purchase (excluding any delivery fees). Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. We recommend using a trackable and insured return service, as we cannot assume responsibility until the package is signed for upon receipt.

Please ensure that items are sent back in appropriate outer packaging to avoid damage during transit. Any items returned in a condition unsuitable for resale will not be eligible for a refund, and a redelivery charge will be applied to return these items to you.

Damaged or Faulty Items Return Policy
